Customer Service Manager
In this role you’ll be responsible for the daily operation of the Library's ‘shopfloor’, taking the lead on upholding high standards of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and significant experience in libraries, retail, or other customer-facing environments.
Full-time - 36 hours/week.
