Lunch break meditation
Katie from Beinspired leads a 20 minute meditation session. 1:10 - 1:30 pm. Take your shoes off and sit, stand or lay in the comfort and quiet of the Dorey Room on the second floor of the Library. A perfect fit around your lunch break or a quiet stop during your day. Meditation can help with focus, mental energy and improve your mood for the week ahead.

*We ask all attendees to take a lateral flow test beforehand. Once meditation starts, attendees may remove their face coverings if they wish, to assist with breathing exercises. Windows in the room will be open and attendees are limited to 10 people to provide extra space*
