Katie from BeInspired leads a 20 minute meditation session 13:10-13:30.

Take your shoes off and sit, stand or lay in the comfort and quiet of the Dorey Room on the second floor of the Library. A perfect fit around your lunch break or a quiet stop during your day. Meditation can help with focus, mental energy and improve your mood for the week ahead.
