Katie from Beinspired leads a 20 minute meditation session. 13.10-13.30. Take your shoes off and sit, stand or lay in the comfort and quiet of our Story Tower at the top of the Library. A perfect fit around your lunch break or a quiet stop during your day. Meditation can help with focus, mental energy and improve your mood for the week ahead.
