Monday 24 February: Fish bowl paper craft

Come along to La Nouvelle Maraitaine for a crafting session and make a paper craft fish bowl! There are two times to choose from: 9:00-10:00 or 10:00-11:00. Most suitable for children aged 3-10 and their families, but everyone is welcome. Booking essential - book here.

 

Tuesday 25 February: Little Puffin Signing

Head to the Children's Library for a signing session all about gardens! There will be books, songs and toys to help with learning the signs. This session is suitable for children age 2+ and can be tailored for any primary school age children who want to learn to sign. In the Children's Library 10:30-11:00. The session is free and booking is essential due to limited places. Book here.

 

Wednesday 26 February: Board Games Day

Drop in and play! Board games also available to borrow. In the Children's Library, 10:00-16:00. All ages welcome!

 

Thursday 27 February: Chatterbooks Book Club

Come and join our Chatterbooks book club this half term, 10:30-11:30 in the Dorey Room. Talk about your favourite book and join in with some fun games! Suitable for children aged 8-12 years. No need to book, just come and join in the fun.

 

Friday 28 February: Craft your own World Book Day costume

Need help and inspiration to create a World Book Day costume? Pop into the Children's Library between 10:00 and 16:00. We'll have lots of ideas and some craft materials available. There'll be a range of costumes including an Elmer mask and a witch's hat, or use your imagination to create your own book character costume.
