Your online mental wellbeing community. Kooth provides free, safe and anonymous support for 11-24 year-olds.

READING WELL 

As librarians, we know how important reading can be in supporting mental health and wellbeing. Reading Well for children offers a list of books chosen and recommended by leading health professionals and co-produced with children and families.

 


YOGA

During lockdown our friends at BeInspired Yoga released a series of yoga videos for children. Join Emma on a yoga adventure through the garden, jungle and sea, meeting all kinds of animals and obstacles.

 


CBEEBIES MINDFULNESS FOR CHILDREN

The CBeebies website offers daily mindful activities for children. The collection includes Your Mindful Garden which introduces a range of mindful activities to children in a fun and simple way and is voiced by actor, writer and comedian Stephen Fry.
