Schools Library Service Information Literacy Programme

Information Literacy Programme
 
The Schools' Library Liaison Officers offer lessons to promote use of the school library and assist the teaching of information literacy skills. We encourage and assist students to move towards independent learning. Our aim is to create life-long learners.
 
The following are brief outlines of the Information Literacy programmes we offer, but please contact the Schools' Library Service if you feel you have different requirements.

·        Looking at databases using Junior Librarian and the Guille-Allès website
